Dear Carillon Community Residential Homeowner:

The CCRA Board of Directors would like to thank all those who participated in the recent discussions with respect to the Northview Project and its potential impact to the Carillon Community.  Particular thanks to those who braved the elements the night of the meeting to come and hear first-hand about the status and potential impact of this project on our community.

The homeowners of the Carillon Community Residential Association have approved the proposed special assessment.  You will receive information regarding the $100.00 assessment (due March of 2010) in the coming weeks.

As always, periodic updates will be posted on the Carillon HOA website (www.carillonhoa.com) as to the status of this matter as they become available.
