Homeowners must include their coupon and / or their account number when making payments. If you do not have this information please call Pinnacle Property Management at (407) 977-0031.
CARILLON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. COLLECTION POLICY: A late fee of $25.00 and interest at the highest rate allowable by law is added to a delinquent account 15 days after the date the assessment is due. A letter is sent to the homeowner advising them of this late fee.
On the 30th day after the original due date, an intent-to-lien letter with the Property Management Company will be sent. The intent-to-lien $25.00 fee is sent out to the homeowner.
On the 45th day after the original due date, the homeowner is automatically sent to the attorney for collection of assessment, fees, and interest.
