WHAT REQUIRES AN ARB APPLICATION Carillon's rules and regulations are on this web site. If you click on "Rules and Regs" you will find the CCR's and By-laws. All exterior change to your home and lot require an ARB application. Such as but not limited to: anything requiring a building permit; adding an addition; exterior painting; tree removal; additional landscaping; changing the original landscape design; pavers; driveway paint; pools; screen enclosures; basketball hoops (permanent or portable); fence; re-roofing. MISTAKES MADE ON ARB APPLICATION These are several things that tend to slow or deny the ARB Application: 1. No signature on the application. 2. No legible contact number. 3. Incomplete description of the change or addition on application. 4. No samples of paint, tile, fencing, pavers etc... 5. No copy of plat survey. 6. No drawing on the plat survey showing the location of improvement or removal. WHAT TO DO WITH THE ARB APPLICATION After completing the application, you can either mail it to the management company at Pinnacle Property Management, 1511 East SR 434 #3001, Winter Springs, FL 32708, or you can bring to the ARB meeting. The meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month. The exception to the third Wednesday would be if a holiday falls around that time.
