WHAT REQUIRES AN ARB APPLICATION

All exterior modifications to your home or lot require an Architectural Review (ARB) application.  Such changes include, but are not limited to: anything requiring a building permit; adding an addition; exterior painting; tree removal; landscaping changes, additions or removals; driveway pavers; pool installation; screen enclosures; basketball hoops (permanent or portable); fence installation; and re-roofing.  To view Carillon’s Covenants and Bylaws, please click on the "Rules and Regs" tab.

APPROVED COLOR BOOK

Exterior colors may be selected from the approved Carillon color book only.  The color book is available to view at the Color Wheel Paint store located at 11222 E. Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32817 or by calling 407-277-2726.

COMMON MISTAKES MADE ON ARB APPLICATION

The following mistakes can delay the approval process:

1.  No signature on the application.

2.  No legible contact number.

3.  Incomplete description of the change or addition on application.

4.  No samples of paint, tile, fencing, pavers, etc.

5.  No copy of plat survey.

6.  No drawing on the plat survey showing the location of improvement or removal.
